We present the attached parish Income & Expenditure accounts for the year ended 31st December 2015 which have been approved by the parish committee and filed with the Charity Regulator as part of the Diocesan Parish Consolidated Accounts. These accounts have been prepared by the parish accountant Eugene T. Doyle & Co. Ltd. and audited by the Diocesan auditor Sheil Kinnear Chartered Accountants. The parish finance committee is engaged in a process to construct a parish balance sheet of next year’s accounts to include all parish property which is entirely in community use together with a list of all trust funds held for the support of charitable causes and income of the priests of the parish. We attach a reconciliation of all parish bank accounts held at the 31st December 2015 to include the development fund.
We would like to thank you sincerely for your generosity during the year, with particular thanks to all who contribute regularly in the weekly envelope collection. We would also like to thank all people who support our various collections and fund raising events and give practical voluntary help to the parish during the year. The main objective of the parish committee is to ensure proper accounting of the donations which you give and the expenditure of that money on the day to day running of the parish along with the development fund for future renovation of the church.
